The items here are priced differently during sales time, depending on WHERE & WHEN it were purchased. So the same items could have different prices.

-First pay first serve basis. All items purchased are NON REFUNDABLE AND EXCHANGEABLE.

-Priority will be given to those who can make full payment immediately.

-I do accept Installment but items will only be posted after full payment received.

-No cancellation and no money refund once the payment is made.

- Seller do have a right to sell an item if no claim or payment received within 2 months , deposit will be forfeited
